उत्तर प्रदेश के कुंडा विधायक रघुराज प्रताप सिंह उर्फ राजा भैया ने आरक्षण व्यवस्था में बदलाव की मांग की है।

राजा भैया ने कहा कि MP, MLA और अफसरों के बच्चों को आरक्षण का लाभ नहीं मिलना चाहिए और आरक्षण केवल आर्थिक आधार पर होना चाहिए।

उन्होंने कहा कि अगर कोई दलित व्यक्ति IAS बन चुका है, तो वह सक्षम है और अपने बच्चों को अच्छी शिक्षा देने के साथ विदेश में भी पढ़ा सकता है। ऐसे संपन्न परिवारों, सांसदों, विधायकों और अधिकारियों के बच्चों को आरक्षण का लाभ मिलना बंद होना चाहिए।

I am a Dalit, and I am against caste-based reservation.✊

In my opinion, caste-based reservation should be replaced with reservation based on economic status. People who are financially weak should get the benefit of reservation, regardless of their caste.

I believe that the basis of reservation should be economic condition, not caste.
