Dear team @MAS, your flight from KL to Auckland is probably the best flying experince I ever had. New aircraft and seamless internet including streaming videos made it even more pleasing. In my opinion this flying expeirnce was superior than that of Cathay or Singapore airlines.

The issue is you guys want middle name to be attached to first name on the PTE account. For such a pity thing I was not allowed to take the test and when I was asked for a refund, they said they could not initiate it. Is this even valid?
