You should make the customer check the notes before you leave if you don't take returns. What a pathetic thing to say when you knowingly gave me a poor note. I put my trust on you and took the cash.
@BookMyForex Your customer executive just left and I saw one of the notes not in good condition. Called your customer service and they mentioned they will not take it back. How strange! It's been 10 minutes that he has left.

@airtelindia@Airtel_Presence I have Airtel Black and was so happy since the past 5 years but right now it’s so awful that I don’t know if I want to continue with you anymore. The last time I had similar issues and had to chase for two straight days for someone to come home and fix this.
