Had a patient call multiple times today; she needed refills but her doctor’s office said they didn’t receive the faxes we already sent. Instead of calling us or just sending in the new RX, they *gave her their fax number to give to us* (spoiler: we already had it)

So this poor lady rightfully felt stuck in the middle because this office made her go back and forth on phone calls instead of just *sending in a new RX when she asked them about it*
