@Cobratate Tate maybe the lesson for your loss from God is so the gambling company doesn’t get promoted. Also your criticism of Islam spreading. Hope this reaches you friend.
That begs the question. If we continue to indulge in further technological advancements and degeneracy, it will only get harder to get off them. Wouldn’t it be the best course of action to start as soon as possible to limit the usage of these devices?
They wouldn’t even know that a reality outside of the phone exists. So either they get more desensitised to more degenerate content, or face the unbearable prospect of getting off the device. How unfortunate.
And in our case we’re blessed that we even experienced a time without the phone, this can make it easier for us to revert back as we know that a reality like that is even possible. How about the young who have always had a device, getting off the device would be unbearable.
Perhaps the most simple solution is to refrain from the usage of the phone, little by little revert back to our old selves before we had these devices. Ofcourse it’s difficult because others won’t do the same, hence less company (unlike the past). But it’s worth a try.
If my generation is around 20 years old and this much change has come in only 5 years. I have another 50-60 years left to live on average. Society cannot sustain itself with this rapid change. What will happen next? What will the content be like next? What’s the solution?
I truly wonder what is to come next, people used to watch 10 min videos of the zoo, family videos e.g Roman Atwood, or gaming videos like COD. Now it’s evolving to degeneracy, short form videos, explicit videos, or crazy videos. It’s only been 5 years since a phone was normalised
However if they were to get off, it is increasingly difficult to adjust, how will people survive after being brainwashed into the internet for so long. This explains the depression rates increasing. The other option is more intense content on the phone. Just a negative spiral.
They grew up on content however don’t know anymore what life is like without content. However as they get used to this content, either the content needs to get more entertaining (more than the extent of 5 second shorts) or people need to get off media and phones etc.
From simple videos with barely any editing, no shorts or reels etc. just simple mundane videos, only a few years (around 5) and there are hyper edited videos, 5 second shorts etc. I wonder what’s to come next. People are desensitised, theyre getting used to the same content
People’s interests are changing, only 5 years since I got a phone, only 5 years since phones etc are cheaper, younger kids have access, more people have access. It’s only been a few years and how rapidly society is changing. The content people watch is changing.
It was less than a decade ago when I didn’t even have my first phone. I had a iPod/ipad mini. iPhones weren’t even out. Nobody could afford one, kids played outside. Social media evolved so much. Changing rapidly, only 5 years ago I got a phone.
