@goldcarcarres Just received a call on whatsapp about my complaint for wrongfully not being refunded the fuel deposit. They were asking me to send money "to myself" on worldremit app, but to someone else's mobile. Is this a scam???

@jw19971 @goldcar Same here, I've been waiting more than 6 months to get my fuel deposit refund that @goldcarcares took for "extra kilometers" when I have rented a car with unlimited Kms... They're just looking for any excuse to take our money and then hope we'll get tired of claiming it. #thieves

@goldcarcares a mi no me sorprenden ya que a mi me cobraron por exceso de kilometros cuando habia alquilado un coche con kilometraje ilimitado, y dese hace 5 meses han tratado de cansarme con respuestas que solo dicen por que me cobran y nunca responden cuando digo que contrate km ilimitados

@goldcarcares It's been over 4 months since I filed a complaint about my deposit refund, which you claimed was for exceeding daily mileage despite purchasing a package with unlimited mileage. Your lack of response is unacceptable, and I feel like I've been robbed #UnresolvedIssue
