@SongYi_Stuff Also I feel like aichicon while insanely strong, more like odium, it has consistency issue like if you don’t see dog early, the deck just drop like 1 tier..
it also still have “no ride fodder” issue fttt
while yakuza is just crazy powerful unless you somewhat brick af

Somehow, it has almost “no good result(Champion)” in singles..
Champion Aichicon usually only in trio that too yakuza is the teammate most of the time..
I guess yakuza gatekeep aichicon from becoming champ..

@ray_konV For me even if the deck is low meta tier as long as competitively viable and the card design is good I am more than happy to lose from time to time against meta deck that I don’t like the design and illustrations, but if the spec is just too low -> “unplayable”just disappointed..

@ray_konV So maybe just my own selfish expectation and wish but I like cards with good design while strong in competitive format.. Like I love to compete and win but at the same time I love card designs too! It’s not as simple if you want strongest deck just play yakuza kinda thing…

@ray_konV You re correct but as I said.. maybe it’s just me.. But I played the game not only for the game but I also like the illustrations and design of the cards.. It’s equally important as a somewhat collector person so it’s more complicated than that.. that’s why I am disappointed…

@ray_konV I mean like so far most of the fantome decks are all quite good at least low meta tier?
Blang, zerith, magnolia, even alquilibra and impauldio..
Except maybe gabwelius fantome and alphard?
Even I don’t like top top meta decks but I like deck that are viable for competitive play

But yea the deck just not for me and it’s so frustrating cuz I like the illustration and concept of the deck..
I am just expecting the deck to be at least low meta level cuz the deck they releasing these days are strong

@ray_konV While well I am just not the target audience kinda thingy, it’s so disappointing when units you love is just “garbage” tier deck for competitive play, you know like those common cards with very good illust you want to put in your deck but the skill is shit you can’t kinda thing…

@ray_konV You re absolutely right but I think it depends on what kind of player you are..
There are players who solely play for competitive scene and find joy in that such as myself and I am pretty sure I am not alone..
To people like myself these decks are disappointingly “unplayable”…

@ray_konV If you have friends and free time to play casually for fun with other low tier deck at home or something, I am sure it will be fun.. But for someone like myself.. Deck at this level is just a waste of time and money since its power level is way too low for any competitive play…

@ray_konV When we have decks that can do 4-6 attack, 3-5 drive T3 with loopable defense mechanics..
Why do twin drive 4 attack T3 decks even exist at this point.. It’s unplayable
It feels like those common cards in each set with great art but trash skills that fade into oblivion forever..

@ray_konV Is it arti fault not really, the deck is very “well designed” strong deck BUT vanguard power scaling just doesn’t make sense, there are like ~10~ extremely powerful deck that makes all other deck pretty much unplayable unless new deck is at that level..

@ray_konV I kinda get that it’s unhealthy to expect every new decks to be at this toxic level of strength but that’s the direction the format is currently in.. I don’t even get what bushiroad is thinking.. I get that every card game has meta but I feel like the power gap is just too insane

And this deck have insane defensive option that can make every almost single card 15k shield
And guess what even this powerful deck faded into oblivion cuz it cannot keep up in the meta..
How can arti fantome even be “playable” in current format

@ray_konV I get what you re saying(don’t call from hand, compensated for on call) but I feel like that’s bare minimum and nothing special in current format, decks like zerith and magnolia can also do that while plusing much more..

@ray_konV Not sure if I want to try it.. I usually just buy and play physically.. It seemed like the deck is so bad that it’s not worth trying currently.. (Sadly) I am so disappointed cuz I am expecting the deck to be at least on zerith or magnolia level but maybe I am expecting too much

@ray_konV Even then I feel like it’s still gonna be rough with only what revealed so far since top meta aside even against low meta rouge pick tier deck like zerith, magnolia fantome etc, arti fantome still fall short..
