البنك التجاري الدولي يُطلق Apple Pay للشركات في مصر لتعزيز التحول الرقمي

أعلن البنك التجاري الدولي – مصر (CIB)، أكبر بنك قطاع خاص في مصر، عن إطلاق خدمة Apple Pay لعملاء بطاقات CIB Visa Business للشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، في خطوة تُعد الأولى من نوعها في السوق المصرية لهذا القطاع، والتي تأتي ضمن جهود البنك لتعزيز التحول الرقمي وتقديم حلول دفع مبتكرة وآمنة وسريعة للشركات.

تتيح خدمة Apple Pay للعملاء إجراء معاملات الدفع غير النقدية بسهولة سواء في المتاجر، أو عبر التطبيقات الذكية، أو على مواقع الإنترنت، دون الحاجة لإدخال بيانات البطاقة في كل مرة. وتتم عمليات الدفع عبر الضغط مرتين على الزر الجانبي في أجهزة iPhone أو Apple Watch، مع التحقق من الهوية باستخدام Face ID أو Touch ID، أو رمز المرور الخاص بالجهاز، بالإضافة إلى رمز أمان لمرة واحدة لضمان أقصى درجات الأمان.
كما يمكن للعملاء استخدام الخدمة على أجهزة iPad وMac لإتمام عمليات الشراء بسرعة وسهولة عبر التطبيقات أو مواقع الإنترنت المدعومة، بما يسهم في تسريع المدفوعات اليومية للشركات، وتسهيل إدارة النفقات التشغيلية، وتعزيز كفاءة الأعمال.

وأكد البنك أن Apple Pay تتميز بأعلى معايير الأمان والخصوصية، حيث لا يتم تخزين أرقام البطاقات الفعلية على الأجهزة أو على خدمات Apple، بل يتم إنشاء رقم فريد لكل جهاز، يُخزن بشكل مشفر وآمن ضمن شريحة Secure Element، وهي شريحة معتمدة مصممة لحفظ معلومات الدفع بشكل محمي وفق أعلى المعايير العالمية.

وفي تصريح له، قال هاني الديب، رئيس قطاعات ومنتجات وعلاقات ائتمان الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في البنك التجاري الدولي: "في ظل التحديات الاقتصادية المتزايدة والاعتماد المتنامي على الحلول الرقمية، يسعدنا أن نكون السباقين في تقديم خدمة Apple Pay لعملاء الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، لتزويدهم بأدوات دفع آمنة وسهلة الاستخدام تساعدهم على تسريع عملياتهم اليومية وتطوير أعمالهم."

وأشار البنك إلى أن المبادرة تأتي ضمن التزامه بدعم قطاع الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، والذي يمثل محورًا رئيسيًا في الاقتصاد المحلي، من خلال تسهيل المدفوعات التجارية، ودعم عمليات الشراء الإلكترونية، وتوفير بيئة دفع مرنة وآمنة، بما يسهم في تعزيز تنافسية الشركات وقدرتها على النمو.

ويمكن للعملاء تفعيل الخدمة عبر فتح تطبيق Wallet على أجهزة iPhone، والضغط على علامة "+" لإضافة البطاقات، ومن ثم استخدامها على أي من الأجهزة المدعومة لإتمام عمليات الدفع بكل يسر وسرعة. كما تتيح الخدمة للعملاء الاستفادة من جميع المكافآت والمزايا التي توفرها بطاقات CIB Visa Business.

من جانبه، أكد البنك أن هذه الخطوة تعكس التزام CIB المستمر بالتحول الرقمي ودعم الابتكار في قطاع الخدمات المالية، بما يُعزز قدرة الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة على التعامل مع المدفوعات الرقمية بأمان وكفاءة، ويساهم في تطوير بيئة أعمال متكاملة ومتقدمة في مصر.
