“O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is people and stones, over which are [appointed] angels, harsh and severe; they do not disobey Allah in what He commands them but do what they are commanded.”
[Surah Tarhim]
Ibn ‘Umar narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
“Do not talk too much without remembrance of Allah. Indeed excessive talking without remembrance of Allah hardens the heart. And indeed the furthest of people from Allah is the harsh-hearted.”

Four Types Of Marriages That Existed During The Time Of Jāhiliyyah (pre-Islamic ignorance)
Narrated 'A'isha رضي الله عنها: Before Islām there were four kinds of marriage...
1. A man married a woman.
2. A man married a woman and sent her to be impregnated by a different man.
Aid Comes With istighfar
Ibn Taymiyyah رحمه الله said:
“…Whoever hopes for something he strives and seeks it, and whoever fears something flees from it.
If a person strove and sought aid from Allaah [تعالى] and adhered to seeking forgiveness [Istighfaar] and striving, then Allaah will most surely give him from His excellence that which never even crossed his mind.
If a person finds that his heart does not become happy and delighted, nor does it achieve the sweetness of Eemaan, nor the light of guidance then he should repent [Tawbah] a lot and seek forgiveness [Istighfaar] a lot, and he should adhere to striving as much has he can, since indeed Allaah says:
﴿وَالَّذِينَ جَاهَدُوا فِينَا لَنَهْدِيَنَّهُمْ سُبُلَنَا ۚ﴾
«As for those who strive hard in Us [Our Cause], We will surely guide them to Our Paths [i.e. Allaah’s Religion – Islamic Monotheism].» [29:69]
It is upon him to establish the obligatory duties outwardly and inwardly; and adhere to the straight path seeking aid with Allaah, absolving himself from strength or might expect with Allaah.❞
[Majmoo al Fatawa, (11/390)]
Imam Ibn al-Jawzi رحمه الله said,
"Fearing Allah (taqwa) is the basis of safety (salamah), and is a sleepless guard that pulls you up whenever you fall or slip, helping you to never violate the laws of the religion.
On the other hand, the condemned one is he who is deceived by
On the authority of Anas who said that the Messenger of Allaah [ﷺ] met Abu Dharr, and said to him:
“O Abu Dharr Shall I not inform you of two characteristics which are lighter on your back and heavier on the scales than other than them?’
He answered: ‘Of course O Messenger of Allaah.’
He said: ‘You should have good manners and remain silent for a long time. I swear by He in whose Hand is my soul no-one has acted upon better than the likes of these two characteristics.”
[Silsilah Ahadeeth As-Saheehah of al-Albāni, (No. 1938)]
Ibn Taymiyyah رحمه الله said:
“From the way of Ahl us-Sunnah wal-Jamā’ah is to follow the narrations of the Messenger of Allāh.”

Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said:
“Allah does not close a door on a slave out of His wisdom except that He opens for him two doors out of His mercy.”
[Sharh Riyad As-Salihin | 1/575]
The Messenger [ﷺ] stated:
“Death approached a man and when he had no hope of surviving, he said to his family, ‘When I die, gather much wood and build a fire to burn me. When the fire has eaten my flesh and reached my bones, take my bones and grind them and scatter the resulting dust in the sea on a windy day, for I swear by Allāh, if Allāh takes hold of me, He will punish me with a punishment that He has not punished any of the creation with.’ So that was done, but Allāh collected his scattered particles and brought him back together and asked him, ‘Why did you do that?’ The man replied, ‘Out of fear of you.’ So Allāh forgave him.”
[Reported By al-Bukhārī And Muslim]
Ibn Taymiyyah [رحمه الله] stated:
“So this man was in doubt regarding the ability of Allāh and in His resurrection of him if he was mere dust. Rather he was certain that he would not be resurrected; and this is disbelief by the consensus of the Muslims, but he was ignorant, and he did not know that. He was a believer who feared that Allāh would punish him, but He forgave him. And the one who has an [incorrect] interpretation or understanding from the people of jurisprudence, those ardent in their following of the Messenger ﷺ then they are more deserving of forgiveness than the likes of this man.”
[Majmūʿ al-Fatāwā, (3/231)]
Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلم Said :
"Recite Surah Kafirun (قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ) before sleeping, for it is a protection from Shirk (polytheism)."
