Happy to report the rescue of the Great Blue Heron White Morph with a severe fishing hook and line entanglement. We were able to safely snare the heron at Truman Waterfront this morning. Hooks/line safely removed and wound treated! Thanks to the KW community for all tips/calls!

Three more Brown Pelicans are released and join the other seven returned to the wild this morning. They were all rescued and rehabilitated at the Key West Wildlife Center.
