New Jersey nurse files a lawsuit after she was suspended without pay for calling out doctor who celebrated Charlie Kirk’s death.

Lexi Kuenzle, a nurse at Englewood Health has filed a lawsuit after she called out a surgeon who allegedly said “I hate Charlie Kirk. He had it coming. He deserved it.”

She replied: “You’re a doctor. How could you say someone deserved to die?”

She was then suspended without pay, leading her to file a lawsuit against the hospital over being wrongfully fired.
