ASDA Crossharbour response by the Isle of Dogs Neighbourhood Planning Forum
Yesterday the Forum submitted a 15-page response to the ASDA planning application ( a draft was sent a week earlier)
As the application said little or nothing about its compliance with the IoD

-Impact on Mudchute farm contrary to Local Plan Policy D.OWS3 Open space and green grid networks & Policy D.DH6 Tall Buildings
-Highway issues contrary to Material Planning Consideration i Highways
-Contrary to Principles of tall building clusters in Local Plan Policy Policy

The Forum submitted today to the Council's planning team 7 issues it has with the ASDA planning application before the decision on Wednesday night
This is in addition to the 15 pages submitted earlier in May
