MPs had the chance to put humanity before politics.
To say the killing of innocent civilians in Gaza must stop. And it must stop now.
MPs who voted against @theSNP calls for an immediate ceasefire are on the wrong side of history.
This cannot continue. Humanity must prevail.
I keep being asked what I make of the UFO thing in Congress yesterday, so here it is: I watched a few clips and saw some people who seemed to believe stuff saying extraordinary things without presenting extraordinary evidence. Therefore I have nothing more to say, other than: It would be great if true - it would take a bit of the pressure off our civilisation if we weren’t the only means within the Milky Way by which the Universe understands itself. Sadly, as of today, I still feel that pressure, so can we perhaps focus on not messing our world up rather than hoping that, to paraphrase Sagan, someone will float down to save us from ourselves.
@timspector May I ask, should one take these type of gut-friendly supplements AFTER a course of antibiotics or during? My thinking was that anti-biotic medicines would counter any live/fermented products I’m ingesting.

In Cowes, where I live, and nearby Southampton - both of which have large e-scooter hire pools, I am constantly witnessing accidents-waiting-to-happen! E-scooters on the streets zooming round blind corners or whizzing along pedestrianised pathways dodging the elderly and others🙈
@bbc5live E-scooters are a good concept to reduce car use, but they lack the road infrastructure to make them safe. They currently endanger both the user when sharing a road with cars, and pedestrians when scooter-users take to the streets. Need dedicated e-scooter/cycle paths.
