What this leaked video of a soldier checking Hon. Muwanga Kivumbi's blood pressure while under incomunicado detention proves is how institutionalised the system of torture in Uganda is. All comrades who have been to those torture chambers will tell you that after being brutalised, the system then sends in other soldiers who claim to be medical doctors to check on you and determine whether you're medically fit to take in more beatings! They torture you, treat you and torture you again! At times these 'doctors' come in when victims are about to be released or taken to court. In such cases they inject victims with unknown substances to quickly reduce swellings before victims appear in public. Then there are those whom they send to speak to victims and convince them to abandon the struggle. At times such operatives are also detained so that they come in as your fellow captives, but the mission is to compromise some unsuspecting persons.
In all, I am glad that the stories so many Ugandans have narrated in the past are now getting backed by video evidence. I encourage all patriotic Ugandans to continue using their cameras to expose the madness, the crimes, the rot. There will be accountability for the crimes being committed against our people!

A disturbing incident happened in Kamuli.
A young businessman identified as Tenywa was shot dead at Muzuri Guest House in Kamuli in an incident involving bodyguards linked to NRM boss Erick Mugabi.
According to eyewitnesses, Tenywa was watching a football match when Mugabi arrived with his bodyguards. He was allegedly asked to leave his seat for Mugabi but refused.
Witnesses says that the bodyguards then assaulted him before one of them fired the fatal shot. They fled the scene with Mugabi.
Yes they have power and they kill with impunity and go without being held accountable!
