So this is the street behind the City Library now closed by the ANC-EFF government in ⁦@CityofJoburgZA⁩ for 4years! 4 years! The ⁦@MYANC⁩ can make lovely 30 year videos but this is the symbol of its governance for me. A broken beautiful city and a shuttered library.
