I’m just going to say it, this is an attention span problem (and the EN VA’s are rough, that’s why I played in JP). Genshin and Star Rail also did this, you’re going to sit there and tell me you knew what Stellarons, Aeons, The Legion, and Paths were right away in Star Rail?! You going to tell me you knew immediately what Visions, Archons, The Fatui, and whatever it was that happened with the HoV look a like in the beginning with your sibling was in Genshin Impact?!

You cannot sit there and tell me that those games did not also lore dump immediately. All of the things that are lore dumped are explained later in Wuthering Waves just like they are in those games. Is that a good thing that there is heavy info dump early? No but this is a gacha game and they all do this bloated dialogue to keep people playing the game longer.

Surreal news today regarding the death of my least favorite ex-roommate twomad. Living with him was like a round-the-clock babysitting job but with severe property damage, angry neighbors and multiple police visits. The guy needed serious help. My condolences are with his family.
