This format is tricky, because by default and in all documentation default is another format, when URL is encoded in HEX and starts with 0x01, then follows separate encoding for username and then separate for password. But TPLink made their own parsing logic of DHCP option 43

Spent a day with #TPLink EX230V (AX1800) TR69 configuration, still haven't done what I needed. At least figured out how to push DHCP Option 43 to it. To convert to hex you need to use this format : https://t.co/wyxsf1rwNt
