For over 30 years all mayors held a breakfast reception at Gracie Mansion for the Puerto Rican community. Vamos a ver que hará el gobierno cuando el ciudadano haitiano y qué ciudadano, señor Dimitri Albert Edouard Vorbe se presente ante un oficial migratorio en un aeropuerto de R. D. El gobierno será sometido a prueba con ese caso:

¿Obedecerá la sentencia de un tribunal extranjero que dice que no puede ser llevado a ningún otro país que no sea el nuestro? ¿Qué autoridad dominicana dio el “plácet” para que ese tribunal se tomara la liberalidad de enviarlo a territorio dominicano? ¿De qué se trata eso si se supone que no vendrán haitianos en el marco del memorándum del vertedero migratorio? Si no puede ir a Haití bajo ningún concepto, ¿por qué el señor canciller no explica al país cómo será la temporalidad de la presencia de ese señor en territorio dominicano, si realmente el memorándum del basurero la contempla? ¿Cómo es que no seguirá camino a su país?

El memorándum del basurero migratorio es un niño muy bien envuelto, tiempo al tiempo.
