@GodswillCE@mats56455 This guy insulting this great man speaking up for Biafrans is actually a DSS agent and of course a Nigerian agent by Yoruba tribe trying to claim Simon supporter but we know this Yoruba game very well
@TruthfullEra@HDOS_IPOB Let me warn again. Kanu was sentenced to life imprisonment because ipob Dos stood as witness to Nigeria government they claimed to be fighting against a fellow Biafra freedom fighter...if the new ipob Dos refuses to dissociate ipob from this trial then kanu maybe hanged
#Biafran Nationalist #SimonEkpa Faces Political Prosecution
I recently returned from #Finland, where I monitored a significant case in my capacity as an independent observer. I am now sharing my findings with members of #Congress and the #American public.
Simon Ekpa, an advocate for self-determination of the #Igbo region of #Nigeria known as #Biafra and a Finnish national, seeks appeal of his conviction in a #Finnish court on terrorism allegations that veteran U.S. counter-terrorism prosecutors and investigators say would be thrown as #hearsay in a U.S. court. They noted that the “evidence” of Ekpa’s guilt was purely #circumstantial and would never survive in an American court; however, Finland’s lack of free-speech protections and lower Finnish standards produced a conviction #American justice would not allow.
The trial court failed to produce direct and immediate evidence as to Ekpa's personal involvement providing weapons to those fighting for #Biafran independence.
No #American court would prosecute #Ekpa for what would be treated as #1stAmendment issues.
@kepukepunews You are very f××lish aswear you have nothing to say we all are in the happening and we know what happened and is happening .....simon Ekpa remains a freedom fighter
