Today ,February 13th.
I was detained and beaten violently by an Israeli soldier in Hebron. I was showing the famous American writer lawrence wright @NewYorker@lawrence_wright the Israeli occupation and apartheid in my home town #Hebron.
US Ambassador @GovMikeHuckabee claims he’s against settler violence. See him here at the Susiya settler-run archaeological site with Gad Loski (Lusky), the convicted violent settler who lives in an unauthorized outpost that he founded at the site.
You can see the settlers who attacked Heidi Levine, a journalist for The Washington Post. But what you can’t see is the state behind them: a state that funds them, arms them, and, above all, grants them near-total impunity for their actions. This violence does not happen in a vacuum. Israel enables it.
Happening now In hebron, the Israeli settlers stole my lemons , and my neighbors olives.
The police didn’t care and the Israeli army didn’t stop them .
Congratulations to Judge Navi Pillay on the 2026 Nobel Peace Prize. 🇵🇸🕊️
She listened to us. She recognized our struggle as Palestinian human rights defenders when much of the world chose silence.
As head of the UN Commission of Inquiry, she had the courage to name the genocide being committed against our people in Gaza. For us, this prize honors that courage and the truth she refused to soften.
From Hebron, thank you, Judge Pillay. Justice and international law must stand with the oppressed.

@dana_olmert@elizabethholzm6@Issaamro ***** UPDATE: Issa was released after being detained blindfolded and handcuffed behind his back and badly treated for 7 hours in a military base. The charge: got too close to a settlement. Shit. But he is out and ok. ****
BREAKING: IDF bulldozers have begun demolitions in the village Al Fakhit in Firing Zone 918, Masafer Yatta.
Is Smotrich trying to ethnically cleanse Firing Zone 918 before the elections? Or simply trying to destroy as many structures as possible while he’s still in power?
Happening now in the occupied West Bank: the Israeli occupation has gone wild.
An Israeli terrorist settler wearing an army helmet tried to break into my house. He brought an Israeli army soldier with him to facilitate his entry.
Israeli soldiers and settlers are working together to terrorize and intimidate Palestinians across the West Bank.
This is not isolated settler violence. It is a dangerous pattern of settlers operating with the protection, presence, or complicity of Israeli forces.
I told Al Jazeera today that settler violence is state-sponsored and backed by the Israeli government, noting that many soldiers operate as settlers in uniform whose primary mandate is to shield settler activities and obstruct Palestinian self-defense.
Life in Hebron.
Israeli settlers placed a large rock at the entrance of a Palestinian home belonging to an elderly woman, deliberately blocking her access to her own house.
We removed the rock and reopened the entrance.
In Hebron, even an elderly Palestinian woman’s basic right to enter her own home can become something she has to fight for.
This is not an isolated incident. It is part of the daily reality of Palestinians living under settler violence and restrictions in Hebron.
Never give up dreaming of freedom, justice and equality.
