1/3 Found out last week that I have a complete tear to my ACL that requires surgery. Recovery will take me out of the 2022 track season and summer college camps. While I am disappointed this has happened, I am determined to come back even stronger.

2/3 I will continue to train with the Dymonte Thomas Sports Academy (https://t.co/vs3U1sjcXD) to maintain and improve my core and upper body strength and follow the rehab plan provided by my dr. This will not deter me from pursuing my dream to participate in college athletics.
