Most body transformation coaches don’t need more leads first.
They need to stop losing the interested prospects they already paid to attract.
The Four Calendar Leaks:
- Message
- Booking
- Trust
- Show-Up
I built the Calendar Leak Scorecard to show which one is costing you the most booked-and-showed sales calls.

Most body transformation coaches don’t need more leads at first.
They need to stop losing the interested prospects they already paid to attract.
I help coaches find and fix calendar leaks across four places:
➜ Message: The prospect doesn’t clearly understand why the call matters.
➜ Booking: The path to book has friction.
➜ Trust: Proof is too far from the decision point.
➜ Show-Up: Reminders and pre-call framing are too weak.
The Goal Is Simple:
More of the right prospects booking and actually showing up for sales calls.
❌No ads.
❌No rebrand.
❌No funnel rebuilds.
❌No content strategy.
Just the final stretch between interest and an attended sales call.
💰Free tool:
Take the Calendar Leak Scorecard to find where your booked-and-showed sales calls are leaking.

@JMatthewMcGarry The people who are calling Hormozi a "grifter" are fully retarded.
They call his ethical and helpful business practices "abuse", while offering their very own courses and services that function basically the same way.
Straight up haters...
So, one thing that I've finally found, was that switching between agent mode and standard mode on Chat GPT5 does make it functional.
Now this is only in regards to bigger, more layered tasks where multiple steps, dependencies or rule systems need to be followed without losing track of the moving parts.
When it works, it's pretty great.
Key word is, "when it works"...
Chat GPT5 is completely broken...
After a bunch of testing within my business systems, the new GPT5 cannot handle literally ANY of the large framework or multi-step prompts that 4.1 and 4.5 was able to handle with finesse.
TLDR: This new version SUCKS

If you’re trying to reach 1,000 followers but keep getting lost in the crowd, here’s the X growth tactic you’ll wish you learned sooner.
Credit to @SimonSaysKnow for teaching me.
Most people hoping to grow on X just reply to big accounts, thinking “if I comment fast, I’ll get seen.”
The reality?
Your sharpest insights get washed away in seconds, buried under a pile of replies. It feels like shouting in a stadium and hoping someone hears you.
You invest time, energy and ideas, just to leave empty-handed… that’s not how leaders win on this platform.
Instead, pick the single largest account whose followers are your actual clients.
Let’s call this your, “ideal customer profile” (ICP)
Not “biggest” for EGO, but biggest for FIT. This way, your efforts target the people who matter to you.
People like, owners, decision-makers and premium buyers who’ll notice your expertise.
———————————————
⛳︎ Here’s The Power Move:
———————————————
When that large ICP account reposts something from a lesser-known user, skip the repost entirely.
Instead, jump to the original post. Leave your insight THERE.
Yes…
Because the crowd will click through, curious about what caught the ICP’s attention.
When they do, you’ll be there.
Why does this work? Because curiosity is built-in.
When a top account reposts something… hundreds (or thousands) follow the trail and when they do, they land at the source.
You’re now among the first faces they see, not lost under the main account’s avalanche of replies.
Your insights last longer and get seen by the people you want… those already primed to look for value, not just noise.
This small change lifts you from “one of thousands” to “the expert in the room.”
Putting you in the top visible comments, right where attention is focused, but competition is way lower.
See, the best clients look for those who stand out, not those who blend in. So your ideas will stick and get remembered MORE, when everyone else seems like noise by comparison.
I saw it myself once I started putting this move into action. I was able to get more follows in one week than the entire month before.
Not because I posted more, but because I was where the attention lingered, not where it scattered. The right spot makes all the difference.
This works even if you have zero clout, so you don’t need 10,000 followers to win this way.
You need the RIGHT people to see you, trust your expertise and come back for more.

Still blending in on X while your competitors carve out premium territory?
Here’s my 5-minute formula that will sharpen your message and turn your one-liner into a lead magnet for premium clients.
Here’s why it matters:
Most founder-led businesses leave six figures on the table with bios that confuse more than they clarify.
That one-liner is your fastest route to $15K+ clients, but only if it’s built for trust and precision, not just attention.
Meanwhile, every vague word in your profile is an open invitation to the wrong audience and a red flag to the right ones.
If your message is generic, you’ll attract generic leads.
Get this right and you’ll start repelling the time-wasters, while drawing in decision-makers.
✅ First move:
Use the “Benefit, Service, Audience” formula.
★ What is the big win you deliver?
★ How does your unique service make it happen?
★ Who is your perfect-fit client?
Drop these into a single line and watch the difference.
✅ Next, get ruthless about editing.
Replace anything fluffy with specifics.
For example:
✧ “Launch secure DeFi apps with tailored smart contract audits for Web3 startups.”
✧ “Slash onboarding time with secure API integrations for fintech consultancies.”
✧ “Attract premium clients with conversion-focused web design for SaaS founders.”
✧ “Ignite sign-ups with proven data-driven site redesigns for membership platforms.”
❌ NOT:
“Helping leaders achieve more”
You want clarity that stops elite clients in their tracks.
✅ Third, remember that every word in your bio is prime real estate, so filter with intention:
For example:
✧ “Preserve your fortune with our bespoke investment strategies for legacy-minded retirees.“
✧ “Smile confidently with our precision teeth whitening for image-conscious professionals.“
✧ “Stay in ketosis with our artisan low-carb treats for hardcore keto dieters.“
✧ “Streamline onboarding with frictionless UX for DeFi platforms.”
Notice: Each line speaks directly to your client’s desired outcome, your delivery process and who should pay attention.
No jargon. No fluff. Just signal.
❌ NOT:
“Empowering leaders to reach their goals”
What does that even mean?
——————————----
Here’s a quick case study:
——————————----
One founder I worked with swapped a jargon-packed bio for, “Simplify your cash flow and resource management with a fractional CFO for operations-focused founders.”
Their inbound leads doubled in two weeks… no ad spend, just message clarity.
——————————-
Ready to take action?
——————————-
🔥Write out your new bio hook using the formula:
“[Benefit] with [service] for [audience].”
Be specific, be bold and let your bio become your hardest-working asset on X.
Do it now.
Take your most desired client outcome, the unique service that delivers it and the audience you actually want to attract.
Combine them with zero fluff.
By sharpening your message, you’re not just chasing new clients…
You’re building legacy, authority and freedom from founder-dependence.
Imagine your brand selling for you while you sleep.
If this hits home, drop your new bio below or tag me.

@SimonSaysKnow Much appreciated, it took about an hour.
I was testing a new workflow for capturing long form content and making useful notes out of it.
