This is so sad to read. My heart goes out to the family of the deceased.

I have a setting in my car that reminds me to take a break every 90 mins and I do take the break. That’s why I always add in an additional one hour or more buffer to any trip I am taking, depending on the distance.

Also, I do have a set limit of hours I can drive in a day. In fact sometimes, I take overnight rest in the hotels at the service centres if my night involves a late night journey.

Even though my car has safety features that can avoid collisions, lane positioning , intelligence cruise controls etc, I don’t joke with the rest breaks.

And the good thing about the UK motorways is that, there are lots of those service breaks available.

False rape accusers deserve the same punishment as rapists. If you truly hate rape and everything it stands for, you can’t resort to it as a means of accusing a man, even if you want to destroy him badly. If you can throw that word around so easily, you are no better than rapists, and you should receive the same sentence.

Again, considering the psychological trauma, irreversible damage to their reputation, social ostracism, loss of relationships and career opportunities, public condemnation, and the stigma that men falsely accused of rape can be forced to endure, I believe it is only fair that when a man is found innocent and the accusation is proven to be deliberately false, the accuser should receive the same sentence the man would have received if he had been found guilty.
