For years, Stonewall and its satellite organizations have been spreading disinformation throughout UK - through training and by publishing their false interpretation.

I say “disinformation” not “misinformation” because it was quite deliberate - and it is still ongoing. The aim was to create pressure that would force parliament to introduce gender self-ID.

Initially the campaign was successful - in that most public and private sector organizations believed the disinformation.

So, numerous women’s and LGB organizations had to form to ensure that the actual law as it exists in the UK was clarified and reaffirmed - which the wonderful women of @ForWomenScot achieved at the Supreme Court in 2025.

Those who believed the disinformation are frustrated and annoyed. They are having a hard time accepting that what worked - for a time - in many other countries will never work in the UK.

Neither the desperate plan for an “IDAHOT” conference nor the hyperbole of the homophobic organisation ILGA will achieve anything - except perhaps increase the UK’s robust opposition to gender identity politics.

Meanwhile, those who had thought they were in the ascendancy are furious that the actual law is being clarified - and gradually upheld. Their reactions epitomize the fury of men who are no longer getting their way. 👇

Ellie, I founded @lumos, which exists to combat child institutionalisation. When children are placed in so-called orphanages, usually due to conflict, poverty or disability, their risk of being trafficked skyrockets. I've been engaged in this issue for over twenty years and have contributed significant time and resources to it. My charitable trust, Volant, focuses on issues pertaining to disadvantaged women and children, which includes sexual exploitation.

I'm not sure how many children you think you're saving by yelling at me on X, but if child trafficking is such an important issue to you, you could always devote time, effort and resources to organisations and charities working to stop it.

💥 This morning, @The_Nationals MP Alison Penfold introduced a bill to amend the Sex Discrimination Act and restore sex-based rights and protections for women and girls.

💥 Her speech was excellent, and unlike similar bills, hers was not stopped in its tracks.

💥 Then, at a press conference, she and Senator @mattjcan stood shoulder to shoulder with @salltweets - THE WOMAN who represents every woman and girl who has been vilified, punished or harmed as a result of the lie that men can be women.
