@GuyDealership Paper weights after the fed law change. Dang they’re amazing. But we ain’t there yet. Solid state. And additional infrastructure will change everything.
@GuyDealership “Sale price” is mostly irrelevant. Monthly payment is the only thing that matters. This said, unfortunately the longer terms present a significant “equity” challenge for the future.
@GuyDealership Affordability situation💯. Stuff is EXPENSIVE. And acquisition is a significant challenge. Especially for the OMEs with minimal product. I.e GM
@cburniske Real estate in MN for sure. I have a buddy with a modest condo, he paid $80k in 2016 and it’s now $130k. I’m also paying 2x as much in rent for a very similarly sized place to what I had in college when I graduated in 2015. I’m not a real estate guy but seems crazy!
@AndrewYang Well, I guess that means we need to subsidize it lol. Currently the more nutritious, the more expensive. Paid $10 for a bag of apples today🙄
@pierre_rochard#BTC is like a car engine, far too complicated to understand without significant effort and prerequisite knowledge. People must transition to knowing that, when they turn the key, regardless of how it works, it will start. And once achieved, hypercoinization is but a quick jump🤔
@APompliano Pretty sure he understands it more than most. Smart man. But what a job or position forces or obligates an individual to do is something else entirely. Being a politician is meh🙄
@DRuizG80 @RaoulGMI Couldn’t agree more, there’s 0% for 72mon on Cadillac Escalades right now. Price ranges from $84k to $100k. It’s been extended every month since it came out and this month they tacked $1000 of Bonus Cash on. It’s suppose to be peak season! Not Q4 fire sale!
@coinyeezy I’m sure this is on here already, but in case it’s not, a wise man once said “first they ignore you, then they fight you, then you win”. This would be the “fight” stage. Last bull rally was the “ignore” stage lol
@jimmysong Wage growth has not followed the massive cost inflations of healthcare, student loans, housing (rent & purchase), childcare and food. These are the things one does not get to ‘choose’ to buy. The result is it becomes harder and harder to meet the most basic needs.
