The vast majority of the work is done by the filtration system. It would take 2-4 people per week to clean the surface with skimmers and the bottom with industrial scale robotic pool cleaners. Additionally, they dont need to use chemicals because of the Ozone disinfectant system that is in place. It's not as effective a typical chlorine treatment, but it will be more effective with the addition of the sealant and coating.This is not rocket science.

Its not paint. Its a multi-layered waterproof coating and sealant that will help reduce the ability for algae to grow in the pool, but not prevent it. It will also make it easier to clean and maintain. Maybe you have never owned a pool, but its not a set it and forget it feature.

Just minutes from going to bed, my security system texts me that an alarm has triggered at the front door sensor. I cancel it because my alarms not going off. Forgetting I also get alerts for my parents house.

Long story short, a shotgun, short drive, open front door, terrified parents and 15 minutes later, they didnt lock it properly and the wind blew it open.
