@mjsdoggone The Jackson estate are making billions over the next few years from the film and music streaming. There are several high profile abuse cases the estate will have to fight in the next year or so - they are all in it for the money.
@Jaden90West@ladbible Regarding the appearance of being circumcised- work it out for yourself how a 12 yr old kid might be able to describe it as such when it wasn’t. I think you can work that one out for yourself.
@Jaden90West@ladbible Jordan accusations made public July 2023.
Jackson’s first public mention of his vitiligo condition made on Oprah November 2023.
He only mentioned it because of the accusations. It was not common knowledge. It is absolutely damning.
@tennisfiend1@stealth_mann@netflix They were locked in a briefcase with porn. A briefcase that children told the police about, who then raid his house and found the same described briefcase. Other kids described Jackson’s penis as having white splotches- again corroborated by searching Jackson. Big fucking straws!
@MrTroy_@stealth_mann@netflix Epstein was initially found guilty of ‘only procuring sex from a 17 year old’ - (despite there being 30 + girls as young as 10 having made accusations). When you are powerful, lots of things are not found, disappear or agree to stay silent.
@SurefireMJJ@ladbible Think about it. A kid describes Jackson’s private parts as having white splotches. The strip search proves the kid’s statement to be true. He’s clearly seen Jackson naked.
Do some basic searches and you’ll find that police take time to build their case. Sometimes years.
@SurefireMJJ@ladbible The state doesn’t knee jerk react and arrest when they are convinced of guilt. They build a water tight case that is designed to get a jury conviction. They would have continued to investigate, to find other victims and witnesses to strengthen their case - standard procedure.
@SurefireMJJ@ladbible Why put yourself as a kid, through the trauma of a trial when he had received so much money. Also - they were no only taking on Jackson, but the record company, investors and other powerful individuals. They have the power to make people disappear (see Epstein).
@silmeonm@yaaaaansiam They did verify the match. But they investigate and interview as many people as possible to make the case as solid as possible. Over those next weeks Jordy was turned by Michael’s bribe. They can’t go to trial with no victim- Jordy refused to cooperate.
@Jaden90West@ladbible The kid said he had white blotches (which Michael did). What kind of chance would there be for a kid to know that kind of detail. No one even knew of Michael’s condition. That is damning.
@SurefireMJJ@ladbible It was a slam dunk. You are absolutely right. That is why Jackson (and god only knows how many powerful people that earned billions from Jackson’s music) paid the kid $22m ($50m today). The police lost the only victim and witnesses as Jordy refused to cooperate.
@silmeonm@yaaaaansiam There were 4 months between the search warrant and the settlement. In these cases they wait to get as much evidence as possible before an arrest. While getting more evidence Jordy took the $22m and the prosecution were left with no victim and no witnesses. So the case crashed.
@HeartbreakCodyy The biopic was made by the Jackson estate with the express intention of whitewashing his image and making as much money as possible. It couldn’t be any more bias. They are making billions- they have the power to make embarrassing accusations disappear.
@silmeonm@yaaaaansiam A kid accused MJ of abusing him and described MJ’s privates and backside as having white patches. How was any kid supposed to know that is exactly what Jackson’s body was like?
@silmeonm@yaaaaansiam I am asking you, because you replied to my comment. You claimed he sued his accusers and won. But he never sued the actual accusers or witnesses. If someone is defamed so badly why wouldn’t they sue?
@silmeonm@yaaaaansiam What about the staff that claimed to have seen him showering naked or touching the boys inappropriately. Why didn’t he sue those people that were making such claims.
