@billpeeb For the past ~36 hours, Sora2 has been deducting credits but not generating videos. This is happening across all browsers and modes, with successful renders occurring only ~5% of the time. We’ve reported this from multiple accounts, but support doesn’t yet seem aware of the root cause. Hoping your team can take a look.
@DigitalFeverYT@billpeeb It's not worth it anymore. You get 5 high res gens/day. Which means you might end up with none considering how often it fails.
@billpeeb@SEDIDEL At Sora 2 Pro — high-res / 15-second mode — each generation costs 20 credits, and with a 100-credit daily limit, that’s only 5 videos per day for Pro users. Combine that with the chance of failed generations, and it’s quickly losing its appeal for serious power users.

brought my brand new MX in for service due to issues with both falcon wing doors getting stuck. The service team says they successfully fixed one side but refused to address the other side, despite the issue occurring over 25 times. Their refusal was based on the problem not manifesting during their limited testing. Contrary to their claim, both sides were reported, not just the left.
