A little while ago, Lidl gave me £5 off for £70 shop. The same week they gave my husband £5 off a £30 as we both have app. There's no loyalty in these schemes. I do more of the shopping and spend a lot more in Lidl he hardly goes. At least give the same amount off!
I Barely go on Twitter now. Just realised you can't send longer tweets unless you pay for it . With the craziness and hate I see on here I couldn't think of anything worse than having to pay as well.
@sainsburys When I shop at Filton branch Bristol there is never anyone at the tills. They begrudgingly open it when you ask, but you can tell you are putting them out. It's getting to the point I make sure I don't buy a lot from your store so less hazzle at self checkout.
I don't watch much TV but watched #thecleaninglady on @netflix. If I watch 4 series I expect some sort of ending. Is that too much to ask 😡Don't recommend something that won't ever be finished or put some sort of warning on it.
I'm all for having telephone appointments at the doctors as well as face-to-face ones. But when I need an appointment that is skin related fobbing me off with telephone appointments just doesn't cut it and I'm getting really fed up with it. In the long run it wastes more time
In Oct last year, Elon Musk tweeted:
“Civil war in Britain is inevitable. Just a question of when.”
Whatever happens next, remember: the world’s richest man isn’t completely blameless for fanning the flames of the violence we’re seeing in the UK lately.
My daughter is still doing her GCSE exams.I've gotta say it feels long now! There's too many and when you have two or three exams for each subject is a bit much. Tomorrow she has two exams in one day nothing the next day and another one the day after. I'll be glad when it's over
@TonyBellew The algorithms don't help.People just seem to be eating this stuff up, looking for someone to blame because they're not happy with life or don't really have a purpose. But on these platforms they find some sort of bazaar connection through hate. It's always someone else's fault
Went to Cleavdon today and had a drink at a nearby pub. One Diet Coke and one regular Coke both half pints cost us £8.05. We will never go back to that pub!
I bought mincemeat from home bargains to make my Italian meatballs with tomato sauce. It was lovely to buy mince that didn't have the living daylight squeezed out of it , like most supermarkets sell now.
before it too late. They are greedy with parking charges which is why people aren't rushing to go to these places. There was already a parking warden there. God forbid it would be free on a bank holiday. In the end they will loose money when more businesses go.
We to Burnham on Sea today, then to Brean. It was quite sad it wasn't very busy, especially for a bank holiday! The money we spent on fuel to get there and then all the parking charges, unfortunately we won't be in a rush to go back. Councils need to help these places
@benonwine Even if he did say the c word they could have beeped it out and shown it. I could tell something more was up by Harry's face he didn't really want Adam to come back . David said in an interview that he sat next to Adam for 10 hours on the flight back. David doesn't get it.
@MPSu61@AndrewGold_ok@McGiff My auntie was put in an induced coma and my uncle died with it, both lived abroad. Someone else I know in UK was on an oxygen mask for months after. Just because you don't know someone who had it it doesn't mean it's fake!
