No customer support team. Only IVR. Booked a ticket. Payment got credited to your account yet u say no payment rcvd and wait for refund 2-7 wrkn days. Travel to aaj karna hai to naya booking karu ya nahi?

My father was informed that his phone do not support 5g so SBI YONI APPLICATION will not work!! Can a common man live his life saving more and not spending on 5g phones?? This basic facilities now will come with these kind of costs?
