Though product reached nearest hub, delivery partner lied that i wasnt available to contact. I was never contacted infact when I contacted them, they said van isn't available and bla bla. Your product will get delivered next day. But no update since! Pathetic

@firstcryindia this is a shame that you guys aren't taking any responsibility of the order shipped. I've told my product would be delivered on 14th and today is 21st but still is undelivered(1)

@IndiGo6E, as I'm allowed 15kg checkin baggage allowance, can I split it and carry two checkin bags weighing 5kg and 10kg 🙄? Or will there be extra fee for an extra luggage even if it comes under prescribed weight limit?

@IndiGo6E I hope you are understanding my concern!!! Can I carry the packed fan as cabin bag if it falls into weight and size criteria? Because removing a non detachable battery isn't an option anyway!

@IndiGo6E I wanted to add seats for my upcoming journey on 16th from tvm to Hyderabad. Me and my husband are traveling with our twin girls and we would like to sit together as both babies would need me. But can't select seats that are adjecent. Plz do the need asap
