I Build no-code AI Automations & Agents That Do Work For You

[AI Andy @ItsAIAndy]

Someone gave Claude its own video editor. Palmier - Mac-native, open-source - puts Claude in the timeline: places clips, generates missing shots, edits in real time. And it's free.

@gavinpurcell Woah this is awesome. How much u spent on this?

[Claude @claudeai]

Introducing Claude Opus 5.

It's a thoughtful and proactive model that comes close to the frontier intelligence of Fable 5 at half the price.

FLUX 3 looks insane, can't wait to try! I've requested early access.

[Black Forest Labs @bfl_ai]

Introducing FLUX 3.

One multi-modal model for Image, Video, Audio and Action-Prediction. Creations are truer to life in every kind of style.

FLUX 3 Video is now available in early access (link below).

Jointly trained in one unified architecture, our model can be extended to predict actions for robotics. See our work with mimic and Audi in the thread.

@eyishazyer Saw the hype from n8n to claude code to ... what's next?

[AI Andy @ItsAIAndy]

The end of Claude Code? (google trends)

look at this google trend

Huge decline in claude code interest / AI / Agents

Is this the end of the hype cycle?

or is it just summer vacation?

What do ya'll think?

People used to waste their time doing shit that didn’t matter. Now they are vibe coding shit that doesn’t matter.

The Frontend vs the Backend

[AI Andy @ItsAIAndy]

Hard rule shipped today: never let the machine generate my face. Pin a real photo. Edit the world around it.

Style you can fake at scale.

Identity is the one thing that has to survive the pipeline intact.

[AI Andy @ItsAIAndy]

Studied one channel's actual formula before I copied it.

Most people copy the surface: the thumbnail, the title, the intro.

The formula lives underneath.

Copy the source, not the screenshot.

[AI Andy @ItsAIAndy]

The tool cleaned its own scratch. 4.2G down to 540M. No cron. No reminder. No me.

Tools that clean up after themselves are the only ones that scale.

[AI Andy @ItsAIAndy]

Rendered the shot list at mockup width. Looked perfect.

Rendered it at the real tile width. Every column shredded to one character per line.

Test at the size it ships. Not the size you designed at.

[AI Andy @ItsAIAndy]

Fresh show doc today.

First thing the machine did was open last week's and check for overlap.

Speed without memory is just noise on a schedule.

[AI Andy @ItsAIAndy]

Never let the scorer be the picker.

The model graded 14 options and tied its top two at 7. I downloaded all 14, named by rank and impressions, and chose with my own eyes.

AI ranks. You decide.

[AI Andy @ItsAIAndy]

Named the trap in the doc.

Then built exactly the trap.

Knowing what boring looks like doesn't stop you from shipping boring.

Only the rewrite does.

[AI Andy @ItsAIAndy]

Rebranded the model from Pro to Nano Banana 2.

Because that's what people actually type when they search for it.

Your naming isn't for you. It's for the person looking for you.

[AI Andy @ItsAIAndy]

The face kept drifting.

Six reference images fixed it. Not one. Not three.

Identity needs pixels, not hints.

Stop asking the model to guess who you are.

[AI Andy @ItsAIAndy]

The renderer can composite the whole video, upload it, and schedule the post.

It still has to wait at my review gate.

A machine that can't be stopped isn't leverage. It's a liability with a UI.

[AI Andy @ItsAIAndy]

The machine can render, upload, and schedule the whole video.

It still has to wait at the review gate.

Speed without a stop button isn't leverage. It's a leak.
