@InterspeciesFa1@TruueDiscipline Notice I said "far right." The OP is correct that the default attitude among misogynist men isn't "hating" women per se it's thinking they're only suited to domestic work.
@InezFeltscher Even in countries with none of those things (thinking particularly of East Asia here) women still choose to work over staying at home and the birth rate is often even lower than the US. Because being a helpmate is objectively the inferior and more vulnerable role.
To be fair, Joe Biden inherited an economy ravaged by Covid which Donald Trump wildly mismanaged. The country was recovering well (relative to other countries) when Trump took over and made a series of bad decisions that are destroying the economy we had just rebuilt.
@Prominent_Bryan A recent study showed the collapse in youth happiness was concentrated in the Anglosphere, which merits an explanation. For e.g., within Canada Quebec had by far the happiest youth.
@Milkevol@belladonnafeli I don't think so, their deaths were very deliberately placed in the epilogue. It's prob some random minor character no-one would think of like Dacey Mormont.
@TristinHopper Yup, inciting a mob to storm the government to prevent the peaceful transition of power has nothing on Carney recruiting some floor crossers. I am very smart.
At this important moment for our country’s future, Canadians with a broad range of experience and perspectives are uniting to build Canada strong.
I am honoured to welcome Darth Maul today as the newest member of this government and our Liberal caucus.
@weirwoodwed@dancewithmeanon Because you guys keep insisting every mention of a "dragon" within three miles of a Sansa chapter is somehow "foreshadowing" or "symbolism" of her marrying Jon? As far as I can see this "foreshadowing" just consists of bolding words that have nothing to do with each other.
