@OfficialDMRC DMRC first created a massive shortage of normal Smart Cards, then conveniently pushing commuters into buying Airtel Payments Bank cards. DMRC is now acting like a sales agent for private companies.
Commuters are captive customers and guinea pigs for forced digital experiments.

2-3 hr travel, meals adjustd btwn calls, family & friends reduced to weekend, social life on mute.

Stress, BP, sugar levels rising with fees and EMIs.

I do not want to be forced to take an Airtel Payments Bank card in the name of a Delhi Metro card. Kindly clarify.
