Seeing AO3 and posting a few of my fics on there really made me happy. It feels like a piece of the old internet I've missed for so long.

Do they understand that the whole reason why otaku culture is well known outside of Japan is because JP media refused to localize it and foreign audiences naturally pick up on it by themselves?

And the whole reason why otaku stuff is loved is bc they’re unique and unlocalized?
