🚨38 Year Fight for Justice: Elderly Man in Maihar Still Awaits Land Dispute Resolution
🙏

An elderly man in Maihar Madhya Pradesh has pursued a land dispute since 1988.

He alleges illegal encroachment on his land. He accuses revenue officials of negligence despite repeated complaints.

After 38 years he has no resolution.

The man continues to face the problem in old age due to extended administrative delays in revenue matters

Perhaps he will have to take another life to get justice in India ?

How can General Category students protect themselves against the UGC Equity Regulations?

Hi @KarunaGopal1 Mam, the govt is yours only. You can raise the issue infront of your leaders and case is still same as 13 yrs ago.

Once a domestic help was caught peeping into the bathroom when my niece was bathing - I shared with a police officer for advice .
He said madam don’t react - he is ST . You will get into trouble !
Since I knew that my doctor and a few collegues got into trouble by admonishing these ‘ entitled people ‘ I took the route of just getting rid of him.
This was 13 years ago !
Draconian act is the SC ST act ! @narendramodi

[Doom Dubey @shadowdudeomen]

Something sad has happened in my family and i blame @narendramodi for it completely !

My elder sister's son who is in class 8th a mere 13-14 year old kid is being threatened to be put behind bars by his classmate's parents by SCST ACT !

yes you read it right !

Budget allocation for SC/ST/OBCs categories is more than 3 lakh crores.

Lakhs of crores for them while poor General Category are left to die.
