- if funds still there, report as damaged = 10 biz days. tamper report = 60 days. tell CS magstrip isn't working, do not mention "tamper". card is deactivated in both cases.
- if fraud activity, make sure CS opens dispute, which req send in of D, receipt, pics of card. 60 days

Incomm holiday PSA
- open cards before buying. New tamper methods leave cards mint. Check glue globs are attached properly
- Phone tree changed: enter card #,6,3,1
- can't call in to report tamper case when you have no card #. try email consumed at incomm .com
