@AskPayPal @AskPayPal I tried many times to contact the support chat during working hours, but there has never been a customer support representative available, and I can't call you from my country! Is there any other way to chat/contact support?

@AskPayPal I have a business account, and I have a balance in USD, when I try to pay using PayPal, I don't see an option to use my balance, I have to use a linked card, and I can't find an option in the settings to activate using my balance in payments, how can I fix that

Also, when I try to set up an automatic transfer, it shows me the below error, despite that my primary currency & my balance are both in USD, and when I try to make an instant transfer, it converts it to EGP, despite that both my balance and local bank account are in USD

@AskPayPal, why does PayPal convert my balance to EGP while automatically transferring it to my Egyptian bank account even though I'm adding a USD card? I can't receive my balance and I tried both EGP & USD cards, EGP Bank account, and still get the denied msg every month!
