All the trans people I know just live their lives, go to work, look after their pets or whatever. Just living everyday lives. The conversations on here from non-Trans people seem so far removed from that.

I really do want a break down as to why this has an emotional impact on us. A lot of black folk (NOT ALL….please HOTEPs) have an emotional response to the haka or Siva tau
These are the stories of Black fathers that need to be centered on these topics. Too much energy wasted on the bigots. I would love to see a documentary centering loving Black parents in america with Black LGBT youth. That representation matters and needs to be seen.
When I was 15 my muslim high school maths teacher called up my parents to tell them I was gay. I was kicked out. I’ve not seen them since. This is putting our children in grave danger.
There’s really only ever been one “trans debate” I’ve thought was worth having.
And it’s been done, here on French TV.
So we can all move on with our lives now please, and leave trans folks in peace.
