Atrapados en la Guajira y Cobeñas están varados sin poder votar....porque las vías están tomadas. Caso concreto: mi suegro ayer venía regresando de Calima (Valle del Cauca) y fue atacado. Tres hombres salieron del monte para detenerlo, no paró y le dispararon.
