@JustEatUK so we ordered from Morrisons cafe at lunch. Literally a minute later they call us to advise they don’t half the food we ordered and to cancel the order on just eat. We did that. Your app then says our refund amount is £0.00.

We then query it with the team who reply to the facebook@ email address and I get this
“it has come to light that the reasoning for the charge is due to yourself cancelling the order passed the timeframe needed into to receive a full refund…
