Today my office has been waiting for over 3 hours to get a hold of the IRCC MP Line to do case enquires. Yesterday they were on hold for almost 4 hours. Our office now has 27 cases we need to enquire on today but we cannot get through.

The Prime Minister seems to talk about open concepts and accepting all cultures, but the way departments like IRCC carry about their day to day work seems to be exactly the opposite.

As we seen decisions are coming of Jan and Feb 2022 but our last December 2021 files are stuck somewhere. I hope you will understand our situation.
