Police Rescue a Lady in North Carolina

Police officers responded to a call from worried neighbors about a woman screaming for help. They arrived at a home and found the lower floor fully blocked. A woman had broken a window on the upper floor and was calling out for rescue.

Officers used a ladder to reach her. They discovered her with a chain around her neck, secured to the floor inside a sealed room. According to reports, she had been held captive by an illegal immigrant, subjected to daily assaults, beatings, and violations over an extended period.

The team quickly cut the chain and helped her to safety. She was shaken but physically unharmed.

The man involved was later arrested and now faces serious charges.
