@virginmedia I have tried all that and it is still not working. Both on my Laptop and Mobile, I wanted to change the age restriction settings. I’ve just been set up with virgin media and it’s been turned on. My flatmate can’t access her work platform due to this :/

@SF_England I sent off postal student application as my online account wasn’t working. I got an email saying it’s been received but on my online account it still says I haven’t submitted an application? As the deadline is near I just want to make sure my application is updated
