The Chief of Defence Staff received Air Chief Marshal ItsGaffa, who tendered his resignation as Chief of the Air Staff.

After 4 years of service in the RAF, ACM Gaffa will be stepping down tonight to hand over the reigns to his successor.

I've flown back to London briefly today to meet with His Majesty The King at Buckingham Palace. This was a fantastic opportunity to update him on current standings in the RAF, in the UK and abroad.

Yesterday, I stood alongside @LouisWellesley at Caernarfon Castle as he was invested as the Prince of Wales.

The RAF holds it's bond with The newly invested PoW close to it's core, and I am grateful to have stood by him on such an occasion.

I took the opportunity to visit my pilots from both groups recently, to grasp an idea on what it is they are up to.

I saw Chinooks from @CorpsRaf deliver cargo drops onto a ship in the Indian Ocean.

I also saw Typhoons from @No1Group_RBLX engage in Air-to-ground operations!
