@macsquirelera Malls are complicated- I would love to know your sample size. If we’re talking shopping centers with groceries, it might just be a nomenclature thing.
@QuipSupport I've been encountering an issue in Quip spreadsheets where random rows will resize to a random height when data referencing. I've attached two pictures for reference.
@DoorDash_Help Gave my dasher $20 in cash. I need to see y’all publicly promise compensation for the dashers lost time, customers lost food, and restaurants refunded orders. Sorry doesn’t cut it.
@DoorDash_Help Also give your customers full refunds for their orders during this time what the heck? I got $12 on a $45 order! Customers, dashers, and restaurants are the reason you guys can operate, don’t betray us like this man.
@DoorDash_Help It’s money and food waisted by restaurants and time that dashers aren’t getting compensated for (even if you pay them they miss out on tips). Customers have to take it on faith that you’ll refund them and make alternate food plans.
@DoorDash_Help Dashers, customers, and restaurants are paying the price for this right now. Totally get that stuff like this happens but it’s weird to collect money from customers while this is happening when dashers and restaurants won’t be getting it 🥴
@DoorDash impossible to get help on the phone and the dasher app is down? You’re collecting fees from restaurants and customers meanwhile dashers are left to wait to make their money and customers can’t get their food? Decent thing would be to announce the issue.
@Caviar Caviar what’s up with the app today? Can’t even connect with customer service, it was a struggle just to get my app to load! Can you shed some light on this? Any update would be cool.
@Caviar@DoorDash can’t seem to connect with a dasher either. I think it might be best practice to announce when there are technical issues. Weird to be accepting money from restaurant fees and customers when your service isn’t working 🤔
