@CaraLisette Definitely the cost and waitlists associated with MH care. Also nurses and MH professionals judging too quickly and providing inappropriate or unhelpful care

If you could change one thing about mental health services, what would it be?

Mine would be money, because I think a lot of problems stem from poor resourcing (waiting lists, burn out, lack of training, poor therapy provisions, bed crisis etc).

@mybestywesty I have a tiny fridge and microwave in my room and then a whole books case full of food things over my desk. I don’t keep any of my food in the kitchen because it’s shared with the entire floor. So I’m there to cook and do dishes and then everything else is in my room. 😂
