Ways you can help the men in your life?
Be a safe space for them.
Buy them a bouquet of flowers.
Hide a thoughtful / thank you note in their clothes.
Take them out for a meal & you pay.
Offer them a spa day with you.
Be the big spoon during the cuddle with them... which means them wearing you probably like a jet pack lol

You'd be surprised how many stereotypical "feminine" things men actually enjoy but were told their entire life not to ♥ Be that safe space to let them be soft without judging them.

P.S. But if all else fails just give them some tcg cards, gundams, warhammer, or gacha money & tell them that you are always willing to listen / be their shoulder if they ever wanna chat.
