A lot of problems you are stating have been going on long before COVID, but have only been brought to light due to the media storm that follows it. Take it all with a pinch of salt.

Yes there is a problem with the staff to population ratio in WA but you don't understand that it extends before COVID and without closed borders there would be no hope.
