I ordered "just a lil bit of green chile" on my burrito at a mom-and-pop spot downtown. The señora behind the counter nodded & proceeded to baptize that burrito like it needed cleansing from all sins. My lips said thanks, my stomach said amen, & my tongue hasn’t felt right since.
